What is endpoint health monitoring?
Endpoint health monitoring shows us if a disk is getting too full, CPU is overheating, memory is getting overloaded and many other conditions that will affect performance and reliability.
How does encrypted cloud backup work?
When the backup starts, the program makes a list of all files to be backed up. It then creates a local temp folder on the HDD. As the backup software goes through the list of files, it clumps them in to groups of a pre-specified size. It then encrypts the clump of files (like a zip file with a password) and then sends the encrypted clumps off to the cloud backup server. This way there is no easy way for an attacker to see the files as they travel from your endpoint to the cloud.

Managed antivirus is a proactive antivirus that centrally monitors and protects devices from malware, viruses, and other threats, ensuring real-time threat detection and efficient response for comprehensive endpoint protection.

Do the included “free hours” carry over?
The “free hours” of on-site support do not carry over. They must be used during the same period they are billed in.
What are cloud services?
Cloud services include storage and or services based on cloud infrastructure. I.e. Amazon’s AWS, Microsoft’s Azure, Google’s Drive storage, Sharepoint shares and the like. Basically servers and or systems that are not located in your offices.
